for a 75 gallon tank (it's rated 63-158 gallons)

I'm just wondering what media I should pack it with? Also, where would you suggest picking it up? I've heard that you can get media packages bundled for cheaper.

The tank is densely planted, if that matters for media choice. I've always just run HoB filters, after hearing so many people swearing by canisters i decided to pony up.. just want to make sure I do it right.

Is there any supplemental stuff I need that isn't included? Or is it just plug and play then? Sorry if it's rather silly questions, it's my first canister =x
