Not sure if bloat

Not sure if this is bloat or if he/she is getting fat or has massive amount of eggs. I read that bloating is the last symptom but the FM has stayed active and eats when I feed. I feed once a day and feed flakes and NLS formula. When you look at it face to face you can see the sides protruding a bit. Am I overthinking it? Also looks like the egg tube or breeding tube sticking out a bit. Please any help is appreciated!
