Yes I mixed black tahitian moon sand with pool filter sand and a little crushed coral. The tank is only a 5 ft 100 gallon. I'm hoping to be able to upgrade later in the year, or will thin to 4-5 fronts eventually. I'll also thin the aquascape as they get larger, to give them more swimming room.
