Have a 125 gallon with 12 peacock cichlids and 2 acei mbuna in it. About a month ago I added the two mbuna , a green face peacock (I think that's what it is) that usually hangs out at the top of the tank (top right of the video), and a german red peacock. The german red peacock got picked on immediately by three or four of the other fish. So I took it out and and put it in my quarantine tank. It has been in there since. Today, I purchased 5 more peacocks from my LFS. I took all the fish out and rearranged the aquarium and added them all in, including the german red. The same thing happened. The same ones were chasing it aggressively and wouldn't stop. So now it is back in the quarantine tank and I suppose I will take it to the LFS and see if they will take it. So, I guess my question is, is this a female maybe or just a rejected fish?
