Hello all,

Tank is a standard 125g 72x18x22.

I already have a pair of caudopunks and I will be adding 11 multi's this week. The caudopunks rock pile is about 6" away from the shell bed, do you think I could pull off some xenotilapia flavipinnis? They would have roughly 36" of sand to themselves.

If your multies stick to the shells you have a good chance that it'll work. I kept the 2 together in a much smaller tank. They do need the tightest lid known to man though.

How many xenos would you shoot for? Only one pair of the flavipinnis or multiple?

Could you describe how yours behaved when they were not paired off? Did they shoal? How did they behave when they were paired?

Hate to ask such broad questions, but there is not much information on these guys.

Thanks man,
Aaron
