Hi all. I'm setting up a 150gal (60x24x24) and I'm having trouble figuring out what to stock my tank with. I know for sure I want to have a group of Pseudotropheus sp. redtop Ndumbi. I want to stay with the same area of the lake so I want all my fish to be from Ndumbi rocks or at least the Likoma Island area. I'd like to keep the tank mostly mbuna with maybe a few haps. I'm open to all suggestions. Thanks.

I just got a Metriaclima pulpican Likoma (have also seen it called a C. pulpican, and some other names) which is absolutely stunning.

After doing some research it seems there is two different places referred to as Ndumbi. One is on Likoma Is. called Ndumbi rocks and the other is just called Ndumbi and is right under Pombo rocks. So when a fish is labeled Ndumbi which location are they referring to?

Pseudotropheus sp. "perspicax orange cap" Ndumbi (aka Red Top Ndumbi).
These are found at Ndumbi Reef, near Pombo Rocks. You may just have to do a little bit of research on which Ndumbi they are referring.

I see Ndumbi Reef/Ndumbi are in Tanzania and are a couple 100 km north of Likoma Island.
