Hi and thanks for you advice on which species to house with my yellow labs...
I was split betwen c.afras, and m. Maingano...

Heres a few pictures of the Maingano, i bought yesterday...

I keep mainganos too. How many juveniles do you have and what size is the tank?

Though you can't be sure at that age, looks like you may have one boy and 4 girls which is great.

I bet you're glad you got them huh? They're great fish. I have 4 and I just noticed tonight that 2 of them are holding. :dancing: I had one hold before but she swallowed or something. I'm really hoping this time I get some fry from them. I have a couple fry in the tank now but not sure what they are. It might be wishful thinking but I think they are starting to look a little blueish so maybe I already have some :thumb: .

iv'e only had mainganos for 2 weeks now and they are awsome! good luck with your bunch i hope they bring you enjoyment.
