:fish: my poor chiclid, Pongo, i don't know what is wrong with him, he has been happy in his lovely home for almost a year now, and just starting a few days ago, he will not move around, he is white and yellow, really yellow, almost on his side, and refuses to eat. I don't know what to do...if anyone knows what is causing this, and if there is anything I can do to stop it, please help me. I love him and don't want him to die. Thank you in advance. :-?

I would suggest that you post in the health / illness section. Some more info that might help people answer too:

How big of a tank?
Is it properly cycled?
What other fish are in the tank?
Do you know what species of cichlid Pongo is?
What do you feed him/her? ...How much / how often?
Is he breathing rapidly?
Are there any bulges on his belly?
If he is white and yellow now, what color is he normally?
Have you tested your water for ammonia, nitrites, or high nitrates? (A fish shop could help you with thatif you don't have a test kit)
How often do you change the water?
If he is in with other fish, do any of them show signs of sickness?
If he is in with other fish, do you have an empty tank you could move Pongo to?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but I'd like to help if I can, plus some of these answers will help others come up with ideas too.
