Hi i have synos and haps together and would like to use a treatment to cure the tank. Clout is the best choice but I am worried about the synodontis petricola. What should I do ?

Try Seachem's Paraguard. I'm using it for flukes and the synos and plecos are tolerating it well (on on day two). It also won't kill plants or your biofilter, so I'm told.
