OK,
1) I would agree with the Hongi, maybe SRT - dunno enough to make a call. I have normal Hongi's and 90% of the time they look like your in water shot. I get to see them color up when they are sparring, horny, and sometimes hungry. :lol:
2) I have them as well, they are Tropheops Aurora. Guessing that is a male, females are gray.
3) My guess would be Metriaclima sp. "aurora blue" (Kanjindo Rocks) aka Pseudotropheus sp. "Flameback" by looking at the profiles. And I agree with the previous poster, whatever it is, it's a very nice looking fish.
