Now the most active fish in my tank would have to be my mainganos, i have started 2 threds on them but this time somthing is odd? when two mainganos where circirling each other they would lightly bite or kiss each other on the tummys. wird? is this normal or somthing strange???

If all goes well in about 28 days you will have baby Mainganos!
I'd bet what you saw was Mouth brooders mating / spawn :thumb:

I Have seen my Acei do this as well! I thought it was just aggression, because they would bight one another pretty hard on the side. Is this typical spawning behavior??? That would be sweet!

yeah i have two males and one female the other male unfortunatly has been pushed to the corner in the tank..........however soon in about a month i will get a new 100 gallon tank or 380 litres which is quite large.
