I woke up this morning on my Maingano has a cloudy eye. I did not notice anything wrong last evening.

I checked the water and the Ammonia, Nitrate are 0 and the Nitrites were undyer 10ppm. Today was my scheduled bi-weekly 50% water change and I just finished with the water change before writing this post. I do 50% water changes every Wednesday and Sunday.

This Maingano is the tank bass and I have not seen any of the other fish challenging him for. He is a 5 year old fish. Could it be age related? I have attached a couple of images.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

The links don't work for me. Fish injure their eyes fairly often and with clean water the injury heals very quickly. Wait a couple of days and see if the eye gets better.
