No, it is not possible to sex fish that young.

If you saw a group of same age juveniles, you might be able to guess a male or two by who was acting the most dominant, but it would be guessing.

Males show male characteristics and color with getting mature. Not sure what you expect. Livingstonii are also a very below average Hap as far as coloring up early, they need their camouflage to hunt.

Don't expect much color, just hoping something else could give away gender. Don't wanna bother growing out a female. I'd rather re-home her young.
