Got some little green flyin monsters in my tank. Could someone tell me what these little buggers are and how to get rid of them?

Nope the fish don't eat them. I dont think they like the water though. *** seen many dead ones in the water. They usually stay on the bottom side of the tank top. They like the light and to annoy me.
