These guys were listed just as Laetacara sp. at the LFS. They were a trade in so the store owner wasn't sure which species. Am leaning towards dorsigera given they seem to have a base wine color at least in some shots, and the red edging of the dorsal fin. But they do have more colorful fins than my previous dorsigera (last pic shows the fins well). I tried the photobucket resizing, but preview isn't showing the new size so I apologize in advance if the pics turn out huge.

From the first three photos, I would guess they are dorsigera, but by the last photo I'm unsure.

Did you pick them up anyway?

Yup, they weren't quite settled in, but was borrowing the camera ... which was returned. Seeing the orange dorsal, was thinking dorsigera or orangeflossen ... most likely dorsigera though. Appearantly they were special mail ordered by the previous owner. I might to wait til they settle down though.

They are a little rough, were in a rough and tumble tank. And the argentea isn't playing nice either though the largest Laetacara is starting to stand up to him.
