Anyone here use his bloodwork and blackworm flakes for their cichlids ? I have several tangs such as calvus , comps , Julied and a few lake Victorian Neryia and feed them Omega one sinking pellets everyday and every couple of days add fresh veggies and frozen bloodworms.

I've used his Plankton, Krill and Spirulina mix as well as the Blackworm plus regular Spirulina flake for Malawi, Tanganyika and regular tropical fish but have not tried the bloodworm flake. My regular pellet food is NLS in varying sizes depending on fish size.

I don't use bloodworms due to a skin reaction for me in handling the frozen product. If you get the chance, live blackworms are very popular with most fish, just take care on your source and maintain daily dechorinated water changes on the container, keep in refrigerator and remove any pests from the container when you get them.
