I am going to buy food from kens fish food and I definitely am buying a lb of 1.5mm grow for my fry but I was wondering what I should buy for my 2-3" growing mbuna? Should I buy more grow the, 3.5mm cichlid formula, or 1.5mm cichlid formula? I plan on buying whatever the 2-3" are eating in 5lbs.

I bought some of each. I noticed they go after the 1.5mm first. The 1.5mm pellets are sinking. Kinda nice for those that don't like to come to the top to feed. I mix the 3.5mm with the 1.5mm. It gives them a choice. I also got their veggie sticks as one of the main staples to their diet.

I even feed my 10" haps 1.5mm pellets. Works just fine for me.
