I have six tanks a 29, four 55's and a 75 . I vacuum,change 50% water weekly. I find it takes me about an hour and a half to go the larger tanks. How long do you spend per tank as each week on maintenance? Just curious.⏳

Two hours for two 75G and one 125G.

I'm down to 5 tanks right now. 240g, 4' 120g, pair of 75gs and 20g. Really depends on just exactly what I am doing. 75's and 4ft 120 usually about 45 mins each per week. 240g if I'm just doing a WC then about an hour. But if I'm doing front panel cleaning and vac'ing then that can go as much as 3hrs. I use a 700gph pump for WC's which makes things a lot better than they use to be. If it weren't for the pump it'd take at least 2 hrs just to drain 75% of the water in the 240g lol

I knocked it down to two tanks because the maintenance was killing me. It takes an hour to drain 50 % my 210g and 25 mins to fill it back up.
It took as long to drain each of my 120's as well when I was keeping Tropheus as I changed around 90% every sunday.

:thumb: I do vacuuming and scraping while draining, so I'm not anxious to have a fast pump.

450gal: takes about 60 minutes to drain 75% using a 2400gph pump and about the same to refill. About every 4-6 weeks, cleaning inside tank and/or deep cleaning sump takes extra time maybe another 30-45 minutes depending.

180gal: about an hour total using a 1900gph pump.
