Arrrg... Lost an Ilangi this morning.

I have two glass lids that keep some of the moisture from getting into the canopy and the lights.

It has about 40 small holes on it (about the size of a dime), and one larger hole on each side (About the size of a silver dollar) for feeding and picking up the glass. One troph jumped through the hole in the night. Woke up to a crispy fish lying on the glass. :(

She was one of my breeding females. They were mating so they were a little more active than usual. Should I try to cover these holes? Or was it just bad luck that she happened to jump up right where that hole was? I am thinking it was just a freak accident, but it is still a bummer.
