Is this a frontosa?

There was a little guy that came in as a convict , I know there is no way its a con. But i was looking around and it kinda resembels a frontosa but im unsure can someone please help me?

Photo is rather blurry, but I suspect it is a Neolamprologus tretocephalus. They have a color pattern very similar to fronts, but are more elongate. They are also known to get extremely aggressive.

doesn't looks like a Tretocephalus to me...

head/eyes are really different..

i have a friend with trets im more then certain it isnt a tret, if it is it isnt a pure one but other then that i dont know im going try and get better pictures tonight but he keeps hideing behind my rock orniments. he is on the shy side
