Appears to be wavrini, based on the fact that the spot is between the two lateral lines, or basically below the upper lateral line. In cupido this is above the upper lateral line, and very close to the dorsal insertion. There are a lot of wavrini out there being misidentified as cupido, which is also a somewhat more colorful species.

I agree with the B. wavrini as well, though having seen adults imported once, I'd say they are more colorful than adult B. cupido rather than less ... but color is subjective term.
