That appears to be a Yellow Lab male with what is often described as "a beard", the dark face. Yellow Labs are a lot more variable than most people realize, and while the pure yellow with black trim on the fins is considered the correct color, there are a lot of variables in their appearance. I don't think anyone has tried to breed the different forms selectively to find out if they are genetic or caused by some environmental influence.
The head/ mouth isn't pointed enough for a Yellow lab IMO, looks more Pseudotropheus thou that is a vague genus now. There are some Tropheops that kinda look like that, like males of one so called "Red Fin".
Not sure. Good looking fish but may be a hybrid unless it is a rare Mbuna.
