He may be a hybrid, hard to tell. But he is not a pure Aulonocara "Peacock", if that is what you are asking.

Lots of haps and peacocks are blue with light blazes.

It's a peacock/fryeri hybrid.

1. It does not have a white blaze. A blaze would be a band of white extending down the forehead onto the snout. No blaze on this fish. It does have a white margin to the dorsal fin. But as DJransome pointed out, lots of peacocks and haps have that.
2. The snout is not as pointed as it should be for S. fryeri.
3. The body is stockier than it should be for S. fryeri.
4. S. fryeri tend to have 6-8 vertical bars under the dorsal fin. This fish has 9. A trait more common with peacocks like A. stuartgranti (which also has a white margin to the dorsal fin).
