I wonder how long it will take for my wife to notice the 29 gallon tank in the garage undergoing a leak test.

Yes I have MTS and I'm proud of it.

My wife, like myself, is an RN. We get paid to notice changes. No luck here with her not noticing.
only thing *** gotten away with is the change of a filter to a better one/bigger one tried pulling another tank out the g/f throws a fit

You should see if you can pull this off with a 180g
I've just bought another tank of ebay, for £20...a 35 litre all glas stank with overhead light and filter :D Small tanks I can keep getting away with, and they are so much fun :thumb:

I can guarantee that she has noticed :) Just like I notice when my wife gets a new purse or whatever. I get a new tank, she balks, I say "nice new purse" conversation over :)

Classic.

My wife orders shoes from Zappos. I don't think she'll say much about the tank when she notices it. If she does I'll just remind her she said she's tired of hearing me talk about the fish :D
  Lucky for me my gf loves fish tanks and wants to duplicate. I have a 125,55,29,10,and a 5.5. she goes out and buys a 20l,55,29,10, and a 5.5. now she wants a 90 or 75. only problem is we live in a one bedroom apt. so maybe a 90 then we have to move. :thumb:
I resealed the tank today so I had the garage doors open when the wife came home. She just rolled her eyes and me and called me a crazy fish guy :D

The previous owner scraped most of the silicone off as they were scraping algae off. They didn't do that great a job keeping the tank clean either!
When ever I bring something new home I take it out the box and throw some dirt on it and say it was a trade.
I'm lucky my wife loves fish as well. We have a 75, 60, and two 125's :thumb:
I just got my grow out cycled and have 13 fish in it. They'll be moved into my 150 gal when it's done cycling, but it's only 4' long. You see the predicament! I haven't started the tank and I need a longer tank. THAT will be noticed.

Ain't that the truth!!!
Normally I'd just stick a sponge or a cheap HOB filter on a small tank but today I just scored a Fluval 205 for $20! :D

My garage grow out tank is going to be styling! Stand arrives Friday, tank is cleaned and resealed, back and bottom have been painted... weekend plans are set.
I rearrange the living room furniture and my wife doesn't notice. A new tank, she would notice.
