I have a cylced 29 gallon tank, and would really love to put a single Angel in the tank (if possible). I would like some tank mates for it near the top and bottom of the tank.

Maybe a Blue Gourami
a small school of Buenos Aires Tetras
And a small school of cories at the bottom.

I do not know how much bioload Angelfish put out, and was wondering if my combonation was ok? and if not, what could I substitute or take out?

I keep my pair in a 29 gallon. A single angel will be just fine. Go with 5-6 cories. I would go with a different tetra, since BA's get fairly big for tetra. Blue gouramis can be kind of nasty and territorial especially with age, but it could work.

Ya, I saw some at my LFS and they look awesome! I might just do an Angel (or two), with 5 green cories, and 5 or 6 von rios! Ahh so awesome!!
