Who makes the Hydor Theo ? Is is the same company that makes the Visitherm ?

Does anyone have a website to the manufacturer?

I almost ordered one of these today but read too many mixed reviews. I ended up going with the Rena Smartheater so hopefully it's a good one. I used to swear by Jagers but haven't had great results with them since Eheim bought them out. Used to swear by the Stealths also but now their blowing stuff up lol. There really doesn't seem to be any single heater that just stands out like the Ebo Jager used to.
