How to clean a tank with a fish that bites

Hi guys....I'm planning to get a flowerhorn for my 75 gallon. I'm hoping that he won't be a biter.....I plan to put my hand in his tank every day while he's small. But I realize he could be a biter despite my attempts......and before I buy him, I'm trying to research all I can first. How can I clean his tank if he is a biter? Are their special gloves for aquarists?
