I just setup another tank. Just a small ten gallon to try Lamprologus Multifasciatus. How many can I keep in a 10 gallon would you say? Also I'm keeping this tank simple. I have just a 20 gallon power filter. Will I be able to get by with that?

filter plenty, you could have 10 but they will breed. So maybe 2 males 5 or 6 females. You will have many babies. Make sure u use sand, maybe 2 to 3 inches

I would start off with just a pair, or maybe a male and 2 females. In a few months you'll have a ton of them in the tank. More fun to watch them grow into a colony.
