is that normal? anytime another fish even comes near her she goes after them...thats seems odd being she was always picked on before...

Had 6 4 inch psuedo. and one bit the labs back fin off (1.5 inch fish) and it grew back. 8 months later the lab wasnt the longest but from top to bottom the largest and became the boss.

Yes, it's normal for a holding mom to go after whoever comes near her. Mine have isolated themselves as much as possible to avoid other fish, but every time someone came into their zone, they got chased away promptly.

Cool beans. I pretty crazy watching one of the weakest fish in the tank turn into one of the meanest, even when shes still one of the smallest...
