Not sure if he is pure, as you said need a better picture. I don't think he is a Sciencochromis fryeri the "Electric Blue Hap". He seems very colorful, but don't assume unnamed "Peacocks" bought from a random tank are a pure type. Fryeri hybrids with Aulonocara are very common.

Thank you noki, yes I purchased from a local shop and it did say assorted peacocks. When I asked what they where, the lady just said she did not know. But what you said makes sense. Thank you I appreciate your help.
