Also, just a thought and it may be pure coincidence but you might want to make sure they are a respectable size before you start breeding. I remember reading somewhere that spawning can halt their growth. My sevs were growing like crazy and then they started spawning. Once the spawning started, their growth all but halted. They are healthy and spawn like clockwork, but they are no where near the size that I see some sevs.
Heros Severum Pairing up and Breeding..
Can someone experienced enough in pairing up and breeding Severums, give me some tips ? I currently have 6 Severums in a 120 gallon planted tank. The fishes (golden severums) are not juvenile anymore, moving towards adulthood, but no pair has yet been formed.. :fish:
