Hi All,

I am a fish keeper of approx 10 years. I have a one year old Cichlid tank that is approx 350l. It has one gold severm, one oscar, one red tail varient cat, one flowerhorn, a pleco and two unidentified Cichlids. The unidentified Cichlids are the dominent fish and look exactly like a Midas Cichlid only they are striped, with blue and green. I introduced a Midas Cichlid who was killed over night. Can someone Identify this fish for me?

He is the most aggressive Cichlid I have ever had, his actions are more African Cichlid than American. He is starting to get a light tan colour coming up in between the stripes

It's a hybrid.

The above guess of Texas cross with a Uro sounds pretty good to me as well.
