No magic way to tell, males show male color and get more pointed fins. If it is around the same size as the larger fish and has not shown any sign of looking or acting male, may be female. The fins do look slightly pointed, so could be a hidden male if it is not comfortable yet.

Livingstonii is not a "Hap" that will always color up early or permanently, they tend to wear their hunting camo unless trying to breed.
