Thanks guys. Yes, those are tubiflex worms. I have a friend that has discus and feeds them those. She showed me which ones are high quality and disease and toxin free. I have fed three cans of them to my fronts with no problems so far. You have to be very careful buying tubiflex worms. Only buy freeze dried and i recommend only buying Hikari tubiflex worms (specificlly the vitimen enhanced one in the light blue can that says it goes through special procesing to avoid parasites, bacteria and toxins.) that is the only one that gets near my tanks.

CG. I squeeze it when i first put it in there to swqeeze the air out first so they dont get trapped air in their gut.
