I feed mine NLS and spirulina flakes... They get the occasional brine shrimp here and there when my comps and shellies don't get to them first. NLS should be fine. My gobies won't touch algae wafers for whatever reason, but they love the NLS pellets.

Mine do love the NLS H2O stable wafers though.

Mine will even join the fight for pure algae wafers if the Tropheus go for them first.

Actually blackworms are fine as an occasional feed. Mine get them maybe once a week.
Yours actually eat them? I toss the odd spoonful of black worms into my 75, but my gobies mouth them and spit them out... Its the only food I can feed to the rest of the inhabitants that the gobies won't dominate!

Yup they sure do, my Tanganicodus eat them more readily than my Eretmodus do though so it may well be each species/genus hasa different liking for them. I would not feed them to the gobies on a regular basis though.
