First is Acarichthys heckelii, among Geophagines the markings at the front of the dorsal are unique to this species as juveniles. It is one of the few that is as easily identified as a juvenile as it is when adult.

Second will require some better shots, as it is a true Geophagus, and even then it will be quite difficult. Species identification often requires not only adult coloration, but knowledge of where they originated in the wild.
