I have the opportunity to get a free 6x2x2 tank, stand and sump.

The tank is 12mm laminated glass (2x6mm sheets). is this safe or bodgy tank?

Set it up in your garage and see if it holds before putting it up in your house.

Free is free. I see no reason at all not to try it out. If it doesn't work out for some reason you can probably sell it :wink:
