blanched spinach, lettuce, zuchinni, some squashes. frozen pea's bite size carrot bit's. lots of different things. *** heard of all sorts of stuff people use. its sort of a try it see if it works. if after an hour or so they arent interested pull it out to avoid rotting and contamination
Peas (shelled), cucumber, zuchinni, Romaine lettuce, Squash, and also have heard of people feeding them some fruits too.
Mine seem to go most nuts for frozen peas, I just thaw them in some tank water and squeeze them out of the skin and they love them. Also cucumber, cut a chunk off and stick it on a fork and drop it in. I usually cut one up in about 1/2" slices and freeze them. Then just grab a slice out and thaw it in tank water then give it to them. Freezing and then thawing it helps to soften it so they can eat it more easily.
NLS has several fruits and veggies in it as some of the ingredients.
