flashing

i have the water right at around ph7 temp 28 all the chiclid are eating properly but they seem to be flashing a alot i have put in salt a day back though no changes the flaching is more in the evenig and at night when the lights go off i have the peacocks,red devil,blue auratus,the venustus(giraffe chiclid),jewel,blue dolphin more or less every fish is flashing the blue dolhin flashes alot though its half an inch big only need help on what is needed to be done

How long has this tank been set up?

What are the water parameters?

What size tank is this?

We need alot more information in order to help.
