If you don't come up with anything else, I would assume harassment. Watch the others to be sure they don't develop symptoms. If they do separate them sooner...and into a hospital tank.
Also observe the tank closely...I would expect one of the others is a male. If you are able to confirm I would separate the 1m:1f to keep the female safe.
Once you are past the emergency in a month or two I would add a bunch of females.
