has anybody ever fed there chiclids fish row?

is you have is it safe or healthy for them?

in the wild they eat fish eggs that the current takes away. Yes. every time i notice two different species spawning I will let them finish then I strip the eggs and feed them to my show fish. Great source of protein. Just dont feed salted and cured caviar lol

Not something I'd be interested in feeding my mbuna. I think I'd be too worried about disease, parasites.

I guess it depends on the cichlid, but as mentioned, all fish probably eat the eggs of their neighbor fish. I would not purposely feed a herbivore roe from outsode the tank because the emphasis should be on vege based foods for them.
