hey guys i have a 55 gallon empty and wont be setup till june sometime so i was playing with ideas and could i keep a firemouth and a convict together? if not how many female firemouths in the tank with some cory cats? or another stocking how many female convicts in the tank?

I think a convict and firemouth would do just fine in that size tank. You might want to pick same sex fish tho to prevent crossbreeding. You should be able to keep corys as well.
