I have one, this one! :lol: Anyway you can always Google them. That's what I do when I need more info .

Yep! Just google it by saying "Firemouth Cichlid" or typing in the scientific name. Also another way is to say: " Firemouth cichlid profile". You basically have to play around with google by adding in differnt word combinations and the best ones will pop up.

was thinking about if any1 knew any trustabel sites, wich you can acctually trust like a breeders site and not some one who have never keept the fish.

search this forum and cross reference all info to other posts. What you hear most commonly is probably the truth.
Ask members like Mr. firemouth and Firemouth Shogun, who have numerous decades of experience between them, with the PM function.
