After about a month of searching I found a somewhat local (90 minute drive) fish store that had Cutteri I got the best looking of the young ones with quite a bit of yellow on the sides and very nice blue tint on the fins. I will post some pics very soon.

I think they are just hard to find in general, the place I went to actually had been breeding them on site but but owner had sold the male for a "small fortune" about a week ago but he wouldn't tell me how much, lol. He still has the adult Female and about 12 to 15 1.5" to 2" fry as of 12/31 when I was there. I know that other places closer to me order some of their cichlids from him so he may ship to you, not sure. This place is in Massachusetts so would not be a huge amount of mileage on the fish.
