You've got some really nice pictures there but I'm not going to be much help.
In pic#1, to me the orange one looks like a Metriaclima estherae (red zebra-probably male)
the light blue one with dark blue stripes looks like a Metriaclima lombardoi (kenyi) also in the last pic (though it has to many stripes)
Pic#2,3,&4 no idea
Pic#5 some kind of Pleco (not a malawi cichlid)
Pic#6,7,&8 no clue
Pic#9 the yellow one looks like a Labidochromis caeruleus (yellow lab or electric yellow)
no idea about the other in this pic.
Pic#10 I think is the kenyi again

What is: a bunch of hybrids? As far as i know its when 2 different types of fish breed together to produce a hybrids. Over here in england wild fish like rouch & bream found in lakes and rivers somtimes breed with each other to make a rouch bream hybrid there not the only fish just one of many i know of.
