First thing you want to do is test your water as this kind of thing is usually brought on by poor water quality.
Increasing the frequency of your partial water changes in improve water quality may be all your fish needs but if that doesn't seem to work then you may need to treat with an antibiotic.
Try doing daily or every other day partial water changes using a good quality declorinator for the next couple of weeks and see if there's any improvement.
