Ok i was just wondering on what one would pay for adult demsoni and adult yellow labs...i'm moving soon and need to sell my fish...so whats a reasonable price? i have 20+ demssoni from juvie to full grown and breeding like crazy and aobut 8-9 yellow labs.

just wondering whats fair and want to see what the experienced think.

I wouldn't pay more than $10 each for the adults, and they would have to be good quality for me to pay that. It's too easy to pick up some little ones for less and grow them out yourself - unless these are wild or F1, which I believe you would have mentioned!

You never expect to pay as much from a fellow hobbyist as you can expect to pay at the LFS.

And, it's always going to depend on the market in your area!

I raised demasoni for a year or so here, sold 1 inchers at a dozen for $50. Within no time, I couldn't even give them away, they were everywhere!

I agree. A lot depends on where you are located.

While in the US they are very common and go for $10 each, here in Australia they are rare and go for up to $80 each :x :x
Just like when Convicts hit our shores they were in the same price bracket, but 10 years later because they breed in the bag on the way home from the LFS they are now worth about $5 each
