I've been looking for a glass lif for my aquarium (46 bow front) and found the one made by Mirine land, and its too big! So I bought another one thinking it was cut wrong, and its still 3/16 of an inch too wide for my tank. Any ideas?

You can try the one made by AGA\Aqueon. I did a search online and found it one Ebay and another vendor. I've never bought anything from this vendor before so I don't know how good there are.

If the shape of the bow is right, just take it to a glass shop and have them cut a quarter inch off.

Looks like the Aqueon one is the size I need.

Schellies215 - The sides of the bow is also to large, so they would ned to take it off both pices of glass.

OK, then it's probably better to find the right one, I just thought there might be a quick fix. Good luck with the aqueon, it should fit.
