i think my eureka red and my female lwanda have mated, im wondering if anyone has had this happen and what the hybrid turned out to look like? i did not mean for this to happen it just did but im curious to see what they would look like or if they would even survive

im sure it's happened before, different breeds of peacocks cross very easily. as for what it'll look like, that's alittle hard. it could look like one of the parents, a mix of both, or completely different than the parents. there's no reason they wouldn't survive unless they are left in the main tank and become food for the others.

I'm sure they will survive. There are many more distant crosses which survive and are viable. As an example - Mbuna x Peacock.
