Never heard of leeches in an aquarium. First off what do you have in there? I would imagine cichlids would eat them all up.

Has anyone here ever had to deal with leeches? I recently came across several in one of my aquariums and am looking for solutions. I have read that Clout will treat leeches, but does that mean it will kill all the leeches in the aquarium? I have also read that Trichlorfon is effective, but the only product I have found to contain it is Kordon Trifon, which has been discontinued. Any experience with these medications or any other suggestions?

Fish them out? If you keep cathcing them (faster than they can breed) the numbers should go down.
